We have two beautiful luxurious four bedroom houses boasting exceptional views, luxury living and dining areas. This gives your small group an incredible home from home experience whilst being private from the hotel with mearly a 5 min stroll to the fantastic hotel facilities. These really are the next best thing to the outstanding Kingdom of Fife Suite.
Rate is per house, per night based on a min of four delegates. (Houses both have three double rooms and one twin room in each).

All rates above are single occupancy and include breakfast. Rates will be subject to a 3% admin charge per night.
Dinner is included on 20th & 21st and lunch 21st & 22nd as part of your conference pass.
Two Night Minimum Stay
Please note that there is a minimum two-night booking policy in place for all delegates (other than event speakers) so please select Monday & Tuesday night when booking or your booking will be declined.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is made at the time of booking by credit card/debit card. Cheques, BACS and payment at the hotel on arrival is not accepted. Free cancellation before 13th of November.
Additional Nights
If you wish to arrive at the Fairmont earlier than the 20th November, or stay in the hotel after the event has taken place, additional nights can be booked for £267 per room on 19th or 22nd November 2022. Suite upgrades are not available for the additional nights, only standard rooms can be booked.
Additional Guests
All room prices given are for sole use, should you be bringing a spouse, please note this in the additional information and extra charges are payable on check in at the hotel.
Spa Treatments
We are pleased to offer Offshore Decommissioning Conference attendees a 25% discount on all pre-booked spa treatments that take place at any point within the duration of the event. These treatments should be booked directly with the hotel.
