Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities

This is our third Rethinking Remote Conference and each year the conference has grown and is now established as a key event in the remote medicine calendar.

This year we have moved the conference to the Macdonald Aviemore Resort to ensure that the auditorium, accommodation, exhibition area, posters and workshops are all within one purpose built complex.

The conference brings together colleagues with an interest in remote and rural healthcare and wellbeing from academia, healthcare education, social care, third sector, emergency services, community engagement and industry and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a new conference theme around disaster planning and pandemics has been introduced.

It provides our partners and sponsors with an opportunity to network with stakeholders not just from Scotland and the UK but across the world. It is a unique opportunity to connect and engage with multidisciplinary professionals who all have an interest in remote and rural health and wellbeing.

Supporting this event as a sponsor or exhibitor is an effective way to raise the profile of your company and promote your work and services to this specialist audience.

If you have a product or service that is of interest to stakeholders involved with delivering healthcare or wellbeing support to patients in remote and rural environments, then you should consider being involved.

If your company supports infrastructure, communications, or delivers health and wellbeing support in remote challenging environments then we would love you to be a part of our conference.

Following feedback from previous conferences we have ensured that exhibitors will be in the same room as delegates and the posters for all breaks and meals including the main conference dinner so you will get maximum exposure and footfall.

Our Target Audience

  • Primary and secondary care NHS staff, nurses, midwives, allied healthcare professionals.
  • NHS, community, industry and voluntary sector organisations involved with remote and rural health and wellbeing.
  • Health and social care management and clinicians.
  • Third sector and charities involved in supporting remote and rural health care
  • Research, education and academia (national and international).
  • Medical students and healthcare volunteers.
  • Ambulance, fire and rescue services.

We expect to give you access to 200-300 delegates over 2 days all with an interest in supporting health and wellbeing in remote and rural communities.

Your Opportunities To Support

We have Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship opportunities – These give you a varying number of full delegate passes which include entry to all conference sessions and workshops, the welcome reception and the conference dinner (accommodation is not included). Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on all conference material, print, online via the app and you will receive preferred exhibition space within the arena.

Poster Arena & Awards – The poster section of the conference will also be in the main arena and is always a major draw for delegates. There is an opportunity to sponsor the poster area and significantly raise your company profile, company branding in the poster area, 1 exhibitor pass and 1 full delegate pass.

Demo Sessions – We have a limited number of spaces for 30 minute demo / workshop sessions in the main exhibition / dining area where you will be given the chance to exclusively showcase your product or service to delegates. You will also have your product branding and advertising in the demo area and receive 2 exhibitor passes.

Exhibitor Spaces are also available for both commercial and non-profit companies, we are conscious that you need maximum exposure to the delegates so the exhibitors, posters and the demo area will all be together in the central arena. This will also be where all coffee breaks and meals will be served so delegates will have plenty of opportunities to meet with sponsors and exhibitors.

Our aim is to provide you with a range of options to suit any budget or organisational aim, we will work with you to ensure you get the best possible return for your chosen level of support.
